    How it scores

Each thing you pick gets a score from 0 to 1. For prices and numbers, the best of these saunas scores 1 and the others score in proportion, so a sauna that costs 13% more than the cheapest scores 0.88. For yes or no features, yes is 1 and no is 0. Nice counts once, Important twice, Must three times. If a venue hasn't published something, it scores 0.5, so missing information doesn't help or hurt anyone. Pick a day and saunas closed that day drop to the bottom. Tigh customers are marked, and no venue can pay to move up.

    How we compared them

We don't rank these saunas for you. They are too different for one order to make sense: one has a lake, one has a hot tub and food, one is open every day. So we describe each one the same way, by price, session length, cold plunge, opening hours, facilities and how to book. Every fact comes from the venue's own website or booking page, or from its owner, with the date we checked it. Google ratings are shown as Google reports them, on the date shown. No venue pays to appear here. Read more.
