Pricing questions
- What does the licence fee cover?
- The software itself, plus setup, migrating your schedule and customer records off whatever you are on now, and training your staff. That work is inside the licence rather than billed on top of it. It is charged once, on signature, and there is not a second one.
- Is the licence fee a build fee?
- No. Tigh Sauna is one product, already built, and every customer licences the same one at the same published figure. Nothing is developed to order and you are not paying us to write software. If you want to see it before you pay for it, ask for a demo and we will run it against your own schedule.
- So what do I pay after that?
- 3% of the value of bookings processed through the platform, invoiced monthly in arrears. That is what pays for the hosting, the updates and the support, which is why there is no monthly fee sitting on top of it. A quiet month costs you less. A month with no bookings at all costs you nothing.
- What is not included in the price?
- Card processing, which your own payment provider charges you directly at their published rate. We take no part of it. It and the booking fee are both shown separately on your quotation.
- Can I pay the licence in instalments?
- The published price is charged once, on signature. If instalments would suit your cash flow better, raise it with us before you sign and we will look at it.
- Can I stop?
- Yes, on thirty days' notice, and the booking fee stops with it. You can export your bookings, customers and payments to CSV on the way out, at no charge. The licence fee is not refunded.
