Tigh Sauna

About

Software for a business that runs on full rooms.

Tigh Sauna is built by Rí Labs Ltd, an Irish software company. We work inside sauna operations rather than adjacent to them, which is why the product counts seats instead of appointments and why the console is designed for someone standing at a counter.

Why saunas

A narrow product beats a general one.

A sauna sells seats in a shared room on a fired stove, with a cost per session that barely changes whether the room is full or half empty. General booking tools model one customer in one slot. Tigh Sauna models the room, and that difference is where the revenue is.

Seats

What Tigh Sauna counts. Not slots, not appointments.

EU

Where every piece of customer data lives.

One

Version of the product. Every customer runs the same one.

Ireland

Where it is built and who it is built for first.

How we work

Four things we will not trade away.

The commitments the product and the commercial model are built around.

One product, one codebase

We do not fork the codebase for a customer. A feature one sauna needs either belongs in the product for every customer or it does not get built. That is what keeps the price predictable and the software maintainable.

You stay merchant of record

Payments run through an account in your own business name. Funds settle directly to you, and Tigh Sauna never holds your takings at any point.

We name what is not built

The product pages state which features are not built yet, such as a direct connector to an accounts package. You should know the exact scope before you sign rather than six weeks afterwards.

Conservative where it counts

Capacity is decided inside a database transaction, not a cache. Payment paths carry the heaviest test coverage in the product. The engineering effort goes where a mistake would cost a customer a booking.

Rí Labs Ltdis the supplier named on every Tigh Sauna quotation, invoice and contract, and the data controller for our own business records. For your customers’ personal data we act as processor and you remain the controller. That split is set out in full in the data processing agreement.
